Poly Strip disc

These are used for very fast paint and rust removal without damaging the original surface.

We use these for car panels to remove all the paint and fibreglass, right down to the bare metal for repairs or priming.

They are also used on wood to remove paint but be careful if the wood is a soft wood. They were originally designed for sanding down the bottoms of aluminium boats for repainting.

Just to give you an idea, it takes about one disc to do a large car door, but when they wear down on the edges, we use them for gutteres and door edges.
